The Primary Curriculum

King’s Oak provides a broad and balanced curriculum based on the National Curriculum for England that inspires, motivates and challenges children in their learning. Our curriculum is enriched to reflect our International setting and the diversity of our pupils. The Primary School’s engaging learning environment facilitates a holistic approach to learning that provides children with a wide range of opportunities both in and out of the classroom that promotes their personal, academic, creative and physical development.

Our creative and integrated curriculum is personalised and brought to life by our talented and dedicated teachers and is underpinned by a structured approach to teaching the core subjects of English and Mathematics and a commitment to high standards. Standards are benchmarked against the very best schools in the UK. We are particularly proud of the breadth of our provision and the many opportunities for our children to achieve. Outstanding specialist teaching compliments our varied curriculum in Physical Education, music. MFL, drama and Dance.
